"And someone who hates him"

Imam Ash-Shafi'ie says:

لأحد إلا له محب ومبغض فإذا لا بد من ذلك فليكن المرء مع أهل طاعة الله عز وجل

ENGLISH:

‘There is nobody except that he has someone who loves him and someone who hates him. So if that’s the case, let a person be with the people who are obedient to Allah".

NEDERLANDS:

"Er is niemand die niet iemand heeft die van hem houdt en iemand die hem haat. Als dat het geval is, laat hem dan zijn met de mensen die Allaah gehoorzamen!"
