"Fearing Allaah is the source of every good"

Abu Sulaiman Ad-Darani has said:

أصل كل خير في الدنيا والآخرة الخوف من الله عز وجل، وكل قلب ليس فيه خوف فهو قلب خرب

ENGLISH:

"Fearing Allah is the source of every good on earth (because people will do good) and in the hereafter, and ruined is the heart that knows no fear of Allah!"

NEDERLANDS:

"Godsvrees is de bron van alle goedheid op aarde (omdat mensen goed zullen zijn) en in het hiernamaals en geruineerd is elke hart dat geen Godsvrees bevat!"
