"And he used to supplicate for them"

Abu Abdullah Bin al-Khatib has narrated:

كان لأبي حمدون صحيفة فيها مكتوب ثلاثمائة من أصدقائه و كان يدعو لهم كل ليلة

ENGLISH:

"Abu Hamdun (a Tabi'i) had a scroll on which was written the names of three hundred of his close friends, and he used to supplicate for them - one by one - every single night."
