اعلم أن الحكم على الرجل المسلم بخروجه من دين الإسلام، ودخوله في الكفر لا ينبغي لمسلم يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر أن يقدم عليه إلا ببرهان أوضح من الشمس، فإنه قد ثبت في الأحاديث الصحيحة المروية من طريق جماعة من الصحابة- رضي لله عنهم- أن " من قال لأخيه يا كافر فقد باء بها أحدهما
ENGLISH:
"Judging that a Muslim has left Islaam and entered into Kufr is something that it is not fitting for a Muslim who believes in Allaah and the Last Day to do, except with a proof (burhaan) which is clearer that the day-time sun - since it is established in the authentic hadeeth, reported by a group of the Companions that he who says to his brother: O Kaafir! Then it returns back to one of them. And in another wording : Whoever addresses a man with kufr, or says `Enemy of Allaah’ and he is not that it returns back upon him".
NEDERLANDS:
"Weet, dat het oordelen of een Moslim de deen al-Islaam heeft verlaten en tot ongeloof is overgegaan iets is dat niet gepast is voor iemand die in Allah en de Laatste Dag gelooft, behalve als hij een sterker burhaan (bewijs) heeft dan het schijnen van de shams (zon)! Dat is omdat het overgeleverd is door een groep Sahaba in Saheeh Ahaadith dat wie tegen zijn broeder: "Ya Kaafir", het terugkomt op hemzelf. Dus in andere woorden: "Wie een ander van ongeloof beschuldigt en of tegen hem zegt: "Oh vijand van Allaah!" en hij is niet een vijand van Allah, dan komt het terug op hem".
