"And this is pure disbelief"

Imam Ibn Najim al-Misri (970H) said:

لو تزوج بشهادة الله ورسوله لا ينعقد النكاح ويكفر لاعتقاده أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يعلم الغيب

ENGLISH:

"If one marries on the witness of Allah and His Messenger [alone], it is not valid and this is pure disbelief, because it entails believing that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) knows the unseen, which is disbelief".

NEDERLANDS:

“Als iemand Allah en Muhammad als getuigen stelt voor huwelijk, dan wordt hij kaafir omdat het geloof dat de Profeet kennis van het ongeziene heeft kufr is".
