"Whoever speaks the words of kufr"

Ibn Nujaym said:

إنَّ من تكلَّمَ بكلمةِ الكفرِ هازلا أو لاعبًا كفرَ عند الكلِّ ، ولا اعتبارَ باعتقادِه

ENGLISH:

"Whoever speaks the words of kufr, jokingly or otherwise, is a kaafir according to all the scholars, and it doesn’t matter what his real belief is".

NEDERLANDS:

"Iemand die tijdens grappenmaken of wanneer dan ook woorden van kufr (ongeloof) uitspreekt is een kaafir volgens alle geleerden, ongeacht zijn werkelijke geloof".
