"Since the Truth is with them"

Ibn Taymiyah writes:

قال الإمامان أحمد وابن المبارك رحمهما الله إذا اختلف الناس في شيء فانظروا ماذا عليه أهل الثغور فإن الحق معهم

ENGLISH:

"The Imaam ‘Abdullaah Ibn al-Mubaarak and Imaam Ahmad ibn Hanbal have said, “If the people disagree (ikhtilaaf) regarding anything, then look at what the people of the frontlines say- since the Truth is with them".
